The flagship service is the Home Safety and Technology Assessment, a structured 200-point walkthrough that produces a prioritized plan that examines where smart home technology can sit alongside home modifications for making homes accessible for all who pass through. Tracks accommodate aging-in-place adults, neurodivergent & multigenerational households, remote clients, and vacation rental operators. Every technology recommendation defaults to those with no required subscriptions. In-person assessments are available in South Jersey and beyond. Home safety remote assessments are available as well.
