Long day at work? Relationship falling apart? Children driving you crazy? Feeling like the world is at the brink of collapse? What if I could offer you a way to de-stress while having fun? Come along to our dance class and be immersed in music from the Caribbean, Africa and even Latin America. Rediscover what it feels like to have grounded release. Express yourself through playful dance and movement and reconnect to what makes life worth living. Ideal for women of all age groups.

We are going to be working up a sweat so please dress comfortably (flat shoes, loose clothing etc.) and don't forget your towel and water bottle!
