This interactive 90-minute virtual workshop equips faculty who teach online and hybrid courses with evidence-based strategies for boosting student engagement and evaluating course quality. Through two rotating breakout sessions, participants will explore interaction frameworks, motivational design principles, and the OLC Quality Scorecard — leaving with a redesigned discussion prompt and a personalized course improvement action plan they can implement immediately.
