JuliaCon Global 2026: Registration and Ticketing

Welcome to the registration page for JuliaCon Global 2026! This year's conference will take place in person at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany from Monday August 10th to Friday August 14th.

• Monday & Tuesday, August 10-11, 2026: Workshops.

• Wednesday-Friday, August 12-14, 2026: Talks.

• Saturday, August 15, 2026: Hackathon (free to attend for 5-Day Pass and Talks Only ticket holders).

You may obtain 5-Day Pass, Talks Only, Workshops Only and 1-Day Pass tickets to attend JuliaCon Global 2026. Three ticket price tiers are available to accommodate different financial situations:

• Standard Tickets for large businesses and organizations with more than 200 employees.

• Individual Tickets for individuals paying with personal funds, public research grants, individual non-profit grants, or small businesses.

• Student Tickets for registered students, PhD candidates, and non-faculty postdoctoral trainees.

Standard Ticket Prices

Standard ticket prices are our normal rate which allows us to cover the expenses of holding the conference and recording the talks. These are intended for those being reimbursed for their expenses by large businesses or organizations with more than 200 employees. If you plan to purchase multiple tickets, consider sponsoring JuliaCon Global 2026. Thank you for making JuliaCon accessible!

Regular prices:

• 5-Day Pass: €1050.00 + 7% VAT

• Talks Only: €900.00 + 7% VAT

• 1-Day Pass (Talks): €450.00 + 7% VAT

• Workshops Only: €300.00 + 7% VAT

Early bird prices:

• 5-Day Pass: €840.00 + 7% VAT

• Talks Only: €720.00 + 7% VAT

• Workshops Only: €240.00 + 7% VAT

Individual Ticket Prices

Individual ticket prices are for those paying with their own personal funds, individual non-profit grants, public research grants, or small businesses of less than 200 employees. Please purchase a Standard ticket if you can afford to do so.

Regular prices:

• 5-Day Pass: €700.00 + 7% VAT

• Talks Only: €600.00 + 7% VAT

• 1-Day Pass (Talks): €300.00 + 7% VAT

• Workshops Only: €200.00 + 7% VAT

Early bird prices:

• 5-Day Pass: €560.00 + 7% VAT

• Talks Only: €480.00 + 7% VAT

• Workshops Only: €160.00 + 7% VAT

Student Ticket Prices

Please only select a student ticket if you are a registered student. We have a limited number of student tickets and want to make the conference accessible to those who need them. Note that PhD students and non-faculty postdoctoral trainees also qualify for the student ticket price. Please purchase an Individual or Standard ticket if you can afford to do so as these are offered below our operating costs.
