Midterm grades are almost here. Is your gradebook ready?

Join CTRE live on Zoom for a hands-on walkthrough of the Brightspace Gradebook and get your grades accurate, organized, and ready for midterm reporting. You will leave with a setup you can trust for midterms and the rest of the semester.

Midterm grades for 16-week classes are due October 13-18.

What you will learn:

• How to check that your gradebook is calculating correctly before midterm grades go out

• How to set up grade items and categories that match your syllabus

• The difference between points-based and weighted grading, and how to choose

• How to connect assignments, quizzes, and discussions to the gradebook

• How to make sure students see accurate midterm progress

Who should attend:
All CSU faculty and instructors who use Brightspace, whether you are building your gradebook for the first time or want to fix a setup before midterm grades are due.

Join from anywhere, bring your questions, and if you can, open one of your current courses so you can apply what you learn in real time.
